The NLC is the ERL representing the Northern European region and the UK.
For the 2025 season, we moved away from the expected visual tropes and explored a direction inspired by royal heritage, castle architecture, and atmospheric volumetric lighting.
Light became the central motif, symbolizing emerging stars and the rise of a new generation of players.
While the direction drew inspiration from royal heritage and architectural elements, the visual language was intentionally restrained to preserve the NLC’s established sense of modernity.
The result was a balanced fusion of classical atmosphere and contemporary design, applied consistently across broadcast and social systems.
The motion and broadcast graphics followed the same visual language, ensuring a cohesive and unified brand presence across all platforms.
Rather than redefining the identity, NLC 2025 refined and elevated the visual direction introduced in 2024.
The addition of volumetric lighting enhanced depth and atmosphere, strengthening the brand’s presence while maintaining its established visual DNA.
